Lovely, easy and fun recipe, from a wonderful and lovely cook herself. Pillowy soft dough that is a joy to work with. Brings back memories of my mother’s potato bread. Made as per recipe, with sour cream rather than the milk. Scored the dough as my loaf pan was a little small, thinking it might help control expansion, in retrospect it probably aided it. Either way it’s great!! I’ll top it with some semolina next time just for fun. Thank you Nigella!!
