I was tempted to use the US conversion for the custard powder but was able to order it online and I’m glad that I did. The dough is easy to work with and the custard cream recipe made the exact amount needed to fill (I love it when that happens). The biscuits are not too sweet and just right for a treat with a cup of tea.
