This week I bring you Comfort & Joy by Ravinder Bhogal, whose restaurant Jikoni in Marylebone, London is a source of both, as is her earlier book of the same name.
And the recipe I’m delightedly sharing with you today is her Pea, Preserved Lemon and Mint Dip with Radish Salsa, which ticks all the boxes for me!
