I am a huge fan of Sabrina Ghayour's and have been much looking forward to this, her third book. It is certainly the most beautiful she has produced yet, and is — as her previous titles would lead one to expect — full of gorgeously inspiring and reassuringly do-able recipes. Every page just belts out flavour! And I have chosen her Pomegranate and Aubergine Salad for you, with a very glad heart.
