The spate of covetable cookery books continues with the very beautiful Honey & Co: Food From the Middle East, the book of the tiny, instantly beloved restaurant of the same name in Fitzrovia which won Best Newcomer in last year's Observer Food Awards. The food evoked in this recipes is fragrant and instantly exotic, but with unpretentious charm. I'm looking forward to cooking my way through the whole book, but for now I give you some gorgeous Carrot & Butternut Fritters.
