Marcus Samuelsson is both a colleague (on the US Taste) and dear friend and, what's more I've had the pleasure of eating his food. And now you can, too, even if you can't make it to the wonderful Red Rooster in Harlem (which I recommend heartily). It was so difficult to settle on any one recipe, but in the end I just couldn't resist the Hot Brussels Sprouts Slaw. I'm actually thinking of adding it to my Christmas table this year.
