Are there two better words in the English language than those that make up the title of this book? And this is a book I, along with the eating public, have been anticipating greedily: the sequel to Yotam Ottolenghi's quite brilliant 'Plenty'. And this follow-up doesn't disappoint — how could it? Ottolenghi's food is inspired, bright, full of depth and flavour, and his prose likewise. Left to my own devices, I'd have printed every one of the recipes here for you, but choices have to be made, and I am happy with the one I've made. The Beetroot and Rhubarb Salad is quintessential Ottolenghi: beautiful; innovative without being tricksy; and has the power to make one want to run to the kitchen to start cooking.
