As someone who once had a chapter called The Solace of Stirring, I obviously gravitated towards this book. And I’m so glad I did: it's the sort of book that has you immediately plastering its pages with post-it notes; and the writing is warm, encouraging and moving. Recipes cover the comfortingly traditional and the invitingly new, and it’s from the latter category that I’ve chosen the recipe for you today.
