I’m thrilled to say that today my Butternut and Sweet Potato Curry comes to the site. I cannot tell you how often I make it at home. Vibrant, uplifting and gorgeously aromatic, it has become an absolute favourite. If you can get hold of fresh turmeric, I’d urge you to, but you can of course used ground to make it. Either way, it’s very easy to make, and I often make it a day ahead (undercooking it just a little) when I have people over and don’t have time to cook something from scratch on the night.
