Huzzah! Have landed in LA: warmth and blue skies feel very welcoming, if a bit befuddling after the snows of New York.
I can't believe it's only Day 3 of my book tour: I feel I've been in the States for weeks. I'd have hoped to have more report on the food front, but alas eating opportunities have been scarce. Sad but true. I very much intend to try and rectify the situation.
Anyhow, will send my next report from San Francisco — and there I have managed to carve time out of the schedule for a supper I'm salivating over in advance!
