As I cook through At My Table, this one has been the biggest surprise so far. I am not firmly in the black pudding camp (in fact, I just took home the portion given in an English Breakfast at a local British restaurant here in the States and used that in place of the amount recommended in the book), but this is so good! Please try this recipe!
