I've wanted to try the white bean mash for sooo long (!), today i finally did. I only made the mash, as i needed it to be a super quick lunch. I used garlic oil instead of mincing the garlic, and added a tone of parsley. It was delish! And, for AUD $2, very filling! Will absolutely be a go-to for those days when i really can't be bothered with lunch. It will also make a great side for my toddlers' meals, as i often groan at the prospect of having to make potato mash as part of their meals. Such an easy way to add healthy legumes to one's diet. Thank you Ms Lawson!

I actually made this last friday. Surprisingly (if that is a word, i'm from Norway) good!! I really didn't think i was going to like the beans. And the best part, it took me 10-15 min to have dinner ready.

I agree. My father also always bought the thick steaks. But what I wonder would you fill the minute steaks with, blue cheese, and roll them up? I've thought about it, but we never had that and I wonder what would work... a layering. We always had cauliflower in cheese sauce which my mother cooked in milk. She's still alive, and with me, but she's not 'doing it anymore.'
