The Christmas season begins when I make this wonderful Guinness Gingerbread! Warm and cosy spices fill the house and my family loves this recipe! The gingerbread is so light and moist and the Guinness adds such a lovely warmth to the flavour! This recipe is a Christmas tradition in our home!

This is another recipe I use a lot. Its just so luscious and delicious. I find this recipe very easy to make, actually I use it to get me in the Christmas mood. I love making this and my husband adores it.

I've had Nigella's recipe for Guinness Gingerbread for about 10 years but don't ever recall making it. Until yesterday. OMG! It's amazing. It is so light compared to other gingerbread recipes. Thank you!
