I tried it last night, and one of my men doesn't eat lamb, so I made it for him with pork chops. With both, lamb and pork the recipe turned out fantastic and with the comment that I have to do this again. The meat is so soft and moist. :) Added some lovely spicy stir fry. Yummi!!

So wonderfully easy and the results are scrumptious. This is becoming one of my favourite dishes.
Tried this tonight. Belissimo! Replaced Oregano with Tuscan Herbs as I didn't have any Oregano, and it was fantastic. The chilli is there but as a background taste rather than dominating the dish. Even my fussy husband complimented this dish, so that's a definite thumbs up! I also didn't add any additional water once all ingredients were in the pan and there was enough moisture. I will certainly be making this dish again.
