Mango With Green Tea Syrup

Put the green tea bag in a small saucepan, add 100ml of boiling water and leave to infuse for 5 minutes. Remove the tea bag, add the caster sugar, rice wine/vinegar, and lemon zest. Heat gently to dissolve sugar then leave to cool. Peel and slice mangoes, divide between 4 bowls, pour the green tea syrup over.
