Introduction
Throw away the scales for this one! My own concoction, born out of an 'oh dear that's all there is in the fridge' moment. It's not an exact science, and you don't need very much of it, but dripping over fresh taglietelli it's the absolute mutt's! Comfort food ahoy... Makes about 4 servings and freezes well too.

This is going on my burgers this weekend. A whole cow turned into hamburger, I have a little ground pork added to mine. Chopped morel mushrooms and some onion and a prettzyl roll
A brilliant and easy recipe. My husband loves this and it is put together in the matter of just minutes. My husband requests this as a special treat and does not realise how easy it is (I am keeping that information to myself so that he thinks I have put in a lot of effort to produce one of his favorite dishes).
