If you have a vegetable juicer (the kind that spins carrot juice etc), use that for the rhubarb. The big Magimix 5100 has that attachment, and there are also separate machines for it. Alternatively, use a food processor to mince the rhubarb into a really soft pulp (add a bit of sugar to help get it really juicy) Extract the juices from the pulp by pushing through a sieve. Mix juice with sugar to taste, then add water to taste. Chill and enjoy!
