Put the chicken filets into an ovenproof dish s & p to taste Mix creme fraiche, 1 clove of very finely chopped garlic, Dijon mustard, mushroom, soy (for colour and saltiness) and pour over the chicken Put the grated cheese on the top. Leave in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius, approx 40-45 minutes. When you take it out the oven, decorate with lots of blue grapes cut into halves and deseeded

Introduction
Very easy to make and tastes heavenly. You don´t need to precook the chicken, just let it get roomtempured if it has been frozen. Gets ready by itself. Need an oven. Serve with pasta, rice or potatoes - whatever you prefer, and a mixed salad!

- 500 millilitres creme fraiche (preferably 34% but less fat is OK too, might break though)
