Beat together: flour, mazina, sugar, salt and eggs. Slowly add the 1 litre warmed milk (make sure there's no skin). Microwave for two min on high, stirring every 30 secs. Pour over biscuit crust and sprinkle with cinnamon. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
