Add mince,bread crumbs, onion, oregano and beaten egg in bowl then add crumbed fetta combine with hands. Use damp hands to make 6 patties place on tray & leave for 30 mins. Use blender for sauce; combine sour cream, beetroot, cucumber until smooth add salt & pepper to taste. On medium to high heat stove top cook patties in frying pan or use BBQ. Cook patties 4 to 5 mins each side or until brown/cooked through Serve on rolls, tomatoes lettuce, and top patties with sauce.

For the Chicken Burger
- 6 bread rolls
- 2 medium tomatoes (sliced)
- 375 millilitres lettuce
- 600 grams minced beef
- 125 millilitres breadcrumbs
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 1 medium egg (slightly beaten)
- 100 grams feta cheese (crumbled)
- 1 tablespoon oregano (chopped)
For the Sauce
- 225 cans beetroots (sliced)
- 1 cucumber (lebanese) (grated)
- 250 millilitres sour cream
