Peel and cut the potatoes in thin slices Fry one chopped onion and add the meat seasoned with salt, black pepper until light golden brown Let the meat cool a little, then add 2 eggs in a pan arrange the potatoes to cover the bottom, Cover with meat, and then one more row of potatoes Mix milk and one egg and pour over the dish. The milk should cover barely the mussaka. bake at 220 degrees for about 20 minutes, turn down the temperature to 180 and bake until the potatoes are cooked Mix sour cream and 1 egg Take out of the oven and spread on top them a mixture of sour cream and 1 egg. Put back in the oven for about 10 minutes.
