Easy Pumpkin Soup

Add butter in a saucepan and fry the chopped onions. Once onion turns a little translucent add the chopped potatoes and pumpkin. Let it cook for sometime on slow heat. Then add water and bring the vegetables to a blow. Add salt and pepper to taste. Once the vegetables are cooked let them cool. Grind them them in a blender. Reheat in the same saucepan. Add some cream to taste. Serve with hot garlic bread. Tastes amazing
