Using your serving bowl,beat the condensed milk and the juice of the lemons with a whisk. Add the yoghurt as well as the rind from the lemons. Leave to set in the fridge - an hour or two. May serve with crushed biscuits on top or leave plain.

- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
