Pour the condensed milk into a bowl with the chocolate broken into small pieces. Place over a pan of barely simmering water, making sure the bowl is not touching the water. It will take about ten minutes to become a lovely fudgy sauce. Pour over ice cream. Keeps in the fridge for a couple of days. Can just be reheated.
