Simply put everything into a bowl and use an electric hand whisk to mix the ingredients thoroughly. Freeze for about 2 hours and then give it another good mix to get rid of any ice crystals. Return to the freezer for another 6 - 8 hours. Not suitable for ice cream makers.

- 200 millilitres creme fraiche
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 10 fluid ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 5 fluid ounces heavy cream
- 7 fluid ounces creme fraiche
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
