Choccy Orange Pudding

Preheat oven to 160C. Beat butter with orange zest, add egg and 1/2 the sugar, the add flour ,salt, half the unsweetened cocoa, and the milk. Spread mixture into a greased oven dish or divide in between 4-6 greased ramekins. Mix orange juice with 1 1/4 cups HOT water and the remaining sugar and unsweetened cocoa. Pour over the mixture. Bake 35 minutes or until the top is firm and the sauce, underneath is thick. If you prefer not to use orange juice, just add 1.4 extra cup water. ENJOY

- 1½ cups self-rising flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
- ½ cup milk
