Grill your pork loins. Chop onion and mushroom and fry in the butter. Add peppercorns when onions are browned. Add amaretto and simmer for a few minutes, then add cream and allow to reduce for a few minutes more. Pour over the prok loins and serve with potates or rice and plenty of veg.
