Add the salt to boiling water. Add the pasta and boil 10 mins. Cut the salmon into very small pieces. Add it to a pan with hot olive oil. Stir the salmon until golden. Add the cream and stir 2-3 mins. Add the chillies. Strain the pasta and rinse with cold water. Add the pasta to the pan and mix.
