Chocolate Sauce Pudding

Set the oven to 160oC. Sift together the flour, cocoa and castor sugar. Into the milk, add the eggs and vanilla essence, whipping lightly with a fork. Melt the butter and add the milk mixture. Mix this into dry ingredients carefully but thoroughly. Pour into a medium sized baking dish. Mix together the grated chocolate and brown sugar, then sprinkle over the top of the pudding mixture. Carefully pour over the boiling water and bake for approx 45 minutes. Serve warm with thick cream.
