Ingredients

Serves: Cut into 8.

Metric Cups
  • 250 grams butter
  • 250 grams chocolate
  • 3 eggs
  • 300 grindings caster sugar
  • 150 grams plain flour
  • 9 ounces butter
  • 9 ounces chocolate
  • 3 eggs
  • 300 grindings superfine sugar
  • 5 ounces all-purpose flour

Method

  • Melt butter & chocolate together.
  • Whisk eggs with sugar, then fold in chocolate mixture, followed by flour.
  • Pour into a greased tin, approx. 8" x 10". Bake for 20 - 30 minutes, or until dry on top but still slightly soft in the middle.
  • If you have a temperature probe, the cooked temp should be 85 degrees.
