  • 200 grams smoked salmon
  • 250 grams fusilli
  • 1 teaspoon garlic puree
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tub Parmesan cheese (fresh)
  • 1 tablespoon pesto
  • 1 tablespoon butter (for frying)
  • 7 ounces smoked salmon
  • 8⅚ ounces fusilli
  • 1 teaspoon garlic puree
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tub Parmesan cheese (fresh)
  • 1 tablespoon pesto
  • 1 tablespoon butter (for frying)

Method

  • Cook the pasta for about 10 minutes.
  • While it cooks, heat oil in pan at a medium to high heat.
  • When the oil is hot, place the salmon in the pan and turn down the heat to medium.
  • Add the garlic mix and remove from heat when fully cooked.
  • Now drain the pasta, stir in the butter and pesto.
  • Then add the salmon and mix well serve with a squeeze of lemon juice and sprinkle with parmesan cheese serve and enjoy!
