Spinach Fritters

In a flat bottomed frying pan start slowly heating up your Oil. Rinse and Chop the Spinach Finely. Beat the eggs together in a bowl large enough to hold all the ingredients. Add all the ingredients to the eggs. Mix nicely with your hands until everything is thoroughly mixed. Now place Table spoons full of the batter into the hot oil, fry until golden brown and cooked. Remember to turn the fritters now and again. It is cooked when a tester comes out clean. Et voila!

Serves: 8
- 1 bunch spinach
- 1 cup flour
- 3 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 packet white onion soup
- 3 onions (or less, depending on their size)
- ½ teaspoon aromat (or just salt and pepper depending on what you can get)
- ½ teaspoon fresh basil
- vegetable oil (enough for frying the fritters)
