Cauliflower Soup

Place the cauliflower, stock, and a peeled quatered red onion and a scant sprinkle of the parsely and thyme in a pan bring to the boil and simmer for about 20 - 30mins. When the cauliflower is cooked, blend ( I used a handheld blender in the pan carefully) Then added salt and pepper (quite a bit-but to taste) add about a teaspoon of cumin and the heavy cream. Mix it up and serve.
Introduction
Threw this together really quickly and was quite impressed with the results. Very few ingrediants, work, and time but really nice !!

- ½ packet frozen cauliflower
- 1¼ pints chicken broth
- 1 red onion
- 1½ cups heavy cream
- ground cumin
- dried thyme
- fresh parsley
- salt
- pepper

Additional Information
I added a bit of cumin on the top to serve, but chives might be nice. Also had it reheated the next day. Really nice and very easy, quite filling !!
