Pre-heat oven 250 degrees. For the quava souffle: Gently fold the melted guava paste into the beaten egg whites. Put mixture into a (buttered and sprinkled with sugar) souffle dish and bake at 250 degrees for 15/20min or until it puffs above the dish. For the cheese sauce: Melt the cheeses slowly on low heat Let melted cheeses cool down add cream
