Beat the yolks with caster sugar till they became a cream, add cocoa powder, Cointreau and the melted butter stirring very well. Crush the biscuits grossly and add the chocolate mixture. Pour the mixture in a aluminium foil, roll up giving a salami shape and close the extremes. Put to cool in the fridge for a night before eating. Slice it like a Salami and serve with tea or coffee, or like an afternoon snack for children. keep it in the fridge.
