Dice onion and chop garlic in vegetable oil to soften Wash and add mushrooms chopped and sweat down for 10 mins Prepare stock and add to pan, bring to boil and simmer for 15 mins. Remove pan from heat and add creme freche. season with salt n pepper. Blend soup and voila magic mushroom heaven! x

Just made this and it's absolutely divine! Might add a little less stock next time, say 200ml, to make it a little thicker. Scrumptious!!!
