Lemon and Thyme Steamed Chicken

Slice lemons thinly and scatter half of the slices over the base of a steamer basket. Scatter half the thyme over the lemons. Trim chicken breasts of fat and place on the lemon and thyme. Add the garlic cloves and season with salt and pepper. Top with remaining lemon and thyme. Place vegetables in second steamer and set over the basket of chicken. Set steamer baskets over a large pot of boiling water and steam 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Serve chicken and vegetables with yogurt dressing
Crush 1-2 steamed garlic cloves, using a garlic crusher, into a small bowl. Add yogurt, honey and mustard. Stir well to combine and season to taste.

Introduction
Don't bother with this if you're not doing the dressing. It's the dressing using the steamed garlic that makes it special. The thyme and lemon do stop the chicken being bland, and give it a zingy fresh flavour.
