Peel the bananas or you may be faced with a slight problem ; ) Cut the bananas length ways so they are still long Roll bananas in flour and then coat with the egg. Fry gently with a combination of butter and vegetable oil When browned and soft it is ready to serve
Introduction
This is really simple and my Mom could never bake but would make this for dessert for me when I was growing up. Great for breakfast with Maple Syrup or as a dessert with ice cream.

- flour (for dipping bananas)
