Put the water in a bowl. Add the flour and start kneading. When the dough begins mix add the eggs one at a time, continuing to knead. Once everthing is smooth add the baking powder, salt, oil and ham which has been cut into small pieces, and finish kneading. Let it rise for 5 hours. Divide into small buns and place on a baking tray and bake at 180° for 25 minutes in conventional oven.
