  • Take a few sheets of the cheese cloth and place it in a deep bowl. Fill the cheese cloth with the yogurt, try not to let it spill out of the cloth,
  • place your wooden spoon over the bowl and tie the ends of the cloth, as carefully as you can so you don't spill out the yogurt, around the spoon handle so that you end up with a ball of cloth wrapped yogurt hanging from the spoon, the water or whey from the yogurt should drip down into the bowl (make sure that the ball of yogurt does not touch the bottom of the bowl, it should hang over it by the spoon)
  • Leave it over night, the next day you should find a fair amount of liquid at the bottom of the bowl and a firm ball of yogurt. Discard liquid.
  • Take out the yogurt from the cheese cloth and add just enough juice to give you the texture of thickly whipped cream.
  • Now you can smear it on your pav or top it on anything you want.
