- 250 grams conchiglie pasta
- 10 slices ham
- 3 leeks
- 1 chicken stock cube
- 1 tub single cream (a small tub)
- salt
- pepper
- olive oil
- butter (a knob)
- Parmesan cheese

Additional Information
Remember to keep an eye on leeks and never let them get too dry - add water as and when needed. I wouldn't recommend mixing the sauce and pasta together. Definitely serve in bowls as sauce is quite runny. Enjoy x

This is a stunning recipe, perfect in every way. Maximum flavour, minimal effort. Made this twice already with leftover Xmas ham. As my husband says "It's a keeper". Thank you so much for posting this recipe.
