Preheat the oven to 190C You need to make 2x30cm sheets baking paper per person eating this dish. Usually, I would expect to get about 4-6 servings out of this Place 2 pieces of paper on top of each other for each portion. Divide the fruit between them, then place a small knob of butter, a tsp of sugar, a tsp cassis, half a cinnamon stick and a spring of thyme on each parcel. Tie it up tightly with the string. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.

I originally adapted this recipe from one that suggested serving the fruits on the side of a vanilla cheese cake. However, personally I serve it with a scoop of really high quality vanilla icecream.
