Caramel Apple Cake

CARAMEL: Put the sugar in a pan and add the butter, let them melt, until you get a caramel. Reserve. CAKE: Peel off the apples, cut them in quarters, and then put each one of them above of the caramel. reserve. In a bowl mix the eggs with sugar, then add the flour and the baking powder and finally add the milk until you get a creamy butter. Put this above the apples, bake in the oven 45 minutes, 180 C. And then... ENJOY IT!! you can serve it with a spoon of vanilla ice-cream and cinnamon.
Introduction
This is a delicious cake, is easy and very cheap. One of my moms best deesserts! I hope you really enjoy it!

- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 4 eggs
- 1½ cups superfine sugar
- 2 apples

I didn't care for this recipe at all. Although I know how to prepare a pan, this didn't tell you how and the caramel cooked to the pan. I found it stodgy.
