Heat about 1 tbsp of butter in a pan and then add the garlic and spring onions Add the spinach leaves and leave for about a minute or two to cook Then add the bell peppers, chicken stock concentrate, hot sauce, chilli sauce and dried chilli flakes and stir till peppers are soft Season with pepper to taste Transfer to bowl and eat with italian bread or cold cuts of meat in sandwiches or wraps
