Fusilli Alla Arrabiata

In a fry pan put olive oil and when it is very hot add all very chopped onion, garlic and chilli. Just enough to onion get that golden colour. Add chopped tomatoes* Cook it until to reach a good consistency (as you like). Check up the salt and add the herbs. After you to flow the arrabiata sauce over the pasta don´t forget to "gently flow a string of olive oil. * try to use very, very mellow tomatoes... this way you just need to take out the seeds, to chop and smash with your bare hands, as a good Italian girl does. If not so mellow chop and pass it quickly (very quickly) by a mixer.
