Metric Cups
  • 2 tablespoons onions (chopped)
  • 300 grams penne pasta (or fusilli)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 red chilli
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • tomatoes
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • oregano
  • fresh sage
  • fresh basil
  • 2 tablespoons onions (chopped)
  • 11 ounces penne pasta (or fusilli)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 red chile
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • tomatoes
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • oregano
  • fresh sage
  • fresh basil

Method

  • In a fry pan put olive oil and when it is very hot add all very chopped onion, garlic and chilli. Just enough to onion get that golden colour.
  • Add chopped tomatoes* Cook it until to reach a good consistency (as you like).
  • Check up the salt and add the herbs. After you to flow the arrabiata sauce over the pasta don´t forget to "gently flow a string of olive oil. * try to use very, very mellow tomatoes... this way you just need to take out the seeds, to chop and smash with your bare hands, as a good Italian girl does. If not so mellow chop and pass it quickly (very quickly) by a mixer.
