Spicy Roast Chicken

Clean and pat dry chicken with kitchen paper towel Blend garlic, onions, ginger, black pepper sauce and oyster sauce together in an electric blender Coat chicken with turmeric powder, salt and chicken stock granules. Add the spices and marinade over night in a freezer. Before roasting put the chicken and all the ingredients with rosemary in an aluminium foil. Put in a baking tray and cook for about 45 mins. to 1 hour depending on the size of the chicken. Try it and have fun!!!
Introduction
Simple dish best eaten with rice or bread. It practically cook without hassle.

- 1 chicken (whole)
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 large red onions
- 3 centimetres fresh ginger
- 2 tablespoons black pepper sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon chicken stock (granules)
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary
