Crunchy Roast Potatoes

Par boil potatoes any size you like, until outside is soft, about 5 mins. Transfer to colander, shake potatoes till outsides fluffy. Sprinkle salt and pepper over them shake to coat them all, then sprinkle 1 tsp of cinnamon over them all shake to coat all potatoes. Cook as normal roasties in oven for 45 mins - 1 hour. Best served piping hot with a roast. Enjoy!!!!
