Tie the yoghurt in some muslin cloth and hang from a tap in the sink for about 2 hours to let the water drain out. Mix the sugar and cardamom. Put the curd in a bowl and whip well to leave no lumps and make it smooth and creamy. Add the sugar mix and mix well. Pour into your serving bowls/glasses, sprinkle a little of the sugar mix and chill.
