Ingredients

Serves: Makes about 1.5 cups of dip. I

Metric Cups
  • 1 can cannellini beans
  • 1 handful fresh parsley (drained and rinsed)
  • 1 juice of lemon
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 pinch of salt (to taste)
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 6 pitta breads (cut into sixths)
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 can cannellini beans
  • 1 handful fresh parsley (drained and rinsed)
  • 1 juice of lemon
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 pinch of salt (to taste)
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 6 pita breads (cut into sixths)
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

  • Pulse until roughly chopped
  • With machine running, add enough olive oil to make a creamy paste
  • Check seasoning and set aside
  • Place pita triangles on baking sheet, sprinkle with oregano and a small amount of olive oil
  • Toss to combine and spread out into a single layer
  • Bake in a hot oven about 10 minutes
