Stir in jelly powder into the water and boil until dissolve. Add in sugar. Divide into two parts. The first half, add in coconut milk, colouring and mashed yam. Stir and leave to set. Cut into cubes. Arrange in large square dish. The other half, bring to boil. Pour onto the first part. Leave to set in the refrigerator.
